Just off the A26, 8 miles south of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Situated on a hilltop, 800 feet above sea level, the area is one of the highest points in the South East. The Riding is located at the end of a private road facing South over open countryside, with distant views of the Downs stretching from Newhaven to Beachy Head, yet it is only a few minutes drive from the town of Crowborough – home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle of Sherlock Holmes fame.

The Riding is within easy access of Gatwick Airport (17 miles) and there are mainline trains to London from Tunbridge Wells, Haywards Heath, and Gatwick.

There is reserved parking for guests
